📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day collections workflows in the CRM and ERP, including statuses, triggers, automated sequences, communication templates, and task routing • Execute collections strategy, including overdue-account segmentation, contact cadence, escalation paths, settlement rules, and payment-plan rules • Document process gaps and improvement ideas and communicate clear requirements to the development team for review and prioritization • Conduct regular reviews of overdue portfolios, prioritize recovery efforts, and report progress to senior management • Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations to improve the payment and recovery process • Escalate to third-party agencies or law enforcement when asset recovery or dispute resolution requires it

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2C collections, support, operations, or a relevant field • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role • Comfortable working within a CRM or ERP, including managing statuses, workflows, and task routing • Comfortable with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar • Fluent in English at C1 level • Availability to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours • Russian is an advantage, not a requirement
