📋 Description

• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution logic across the data warehouse • Own Google Tag Manager and Segment tracking infrastructure end to end • Engineer identity resolution connecting anonymous sessions to known users • Implement server-side tracking to improve accuracy and reduce ad-blocker impact • Build pipelines feeding BI tools and visualize the full conversion funnel • Serve as the technical architect of the marketing source of truth • Ensure marketing spend and user actions are tracked, attributed, and actionable • Report to the Head of Growth Systems within the Growth Systems (DASA) team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including custom tracking scripts and DOM manipulation • Experience integrating MarTech APIs, ad platforms, CDPs such as Segment, and a data warehouse • Experience with multi-touch attribution and/or identity resolution • Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, privacy, compliance frameworks, and cookie consent management • Conversational-level English language skills required; English is the company language • Server-side tracking experience, such as server-side GTM or Conversions API, helpful • Experience with BI/visualisation tooling such as Looker helpful • Strong SQL and data modelling skills, ideally with dbt and Snowflake or BigQuery • Application and CV must be submitted in English
