📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities • Process supplier invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions • Prepare and process general journal entries with accurate account coding and allocation • Perform account, bank, and ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies • Respond to supplier and customer account queries • Review historical transactions and supporting documentation when investigating accounting issues • Assist with month-end processing and ensure assigned transactions are completed accurately and within required timelines • Support accounting activities across multiple companies/entities • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation • Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions and investigate appropriate solutions • Escalate transactions requiring clarification or management approval when appropriate • Provide other general accounting support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field – required • Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience • Preferably with experience working in-house within a commercial or industry environment • Practical experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Experience with general journals, reconciliations, account coding, and ledger management • Good understanding of fundamental accounting principles • Experience supporting month-end accounting activities • Experience working with accounting or ERP systems • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is advantageous but not required • Good Microsoft Excel skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand and apply accounting principles to different transaction scenarios • Resourceful when investigating discrepancies or unfamiliar transactions • Strong organisational and time-management skills • Able to manage competing AP and AR priorities • Able to learn new accounting systems and processes quickly • Comfortable working across multiple entities and transaction types • Able to work independently while recognising when clarification or approval is required • Clear and professional communication skills • Work schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT, Monday–Friday
