• Provide personalized support to client company HR departments • Clarify questions about reimbursements and pre-authorizations for care • Provide support on contractual matters • Monitor and manage registry changes (addition, removal, and cancellation of insured members) • Issue invoices and assist in negotiations for waiting-period waivers • Monitor, in coordination with Amar&Cuidar, authorizations for employees' exams and surgeries • Provide clarifications on coverage in accordance with the ANS coverage list • Issue letters certifying length of coverage and support portability processes • Provide co-payment statements • Populate and keep the Qbem system up to date • Monitor and support health promotion initiatives
• Degree in Business Administration, customer service, or related fields • Previous experience as a consultant or client relationship executive • Experience managing insured benefits (health, dental, and life) • Strong knowledge of the general terms and conditions of health, dental, and life insurance contracts
