📋 Description

• Own global IT operations, enterprise infrastructure, security governance, and end-user support as the firm's sole IT practitioner • Manage NinjaOne endpoint configurations, organization hierarchies, policies, and fleet health across Windows and macOS devices • Architect zero-touch device enrollment, standard operating environment software distribution, and remote administration • Manage hardware logistics, asset lifecycles, hot-spare inventory, drop-shipping, returns, and cryptographic wipes • Configure Google Credential Provider for Windows and macOS device policies • Enforce MDM across iOS and Android devices, including compliance, app distribution, BYOD baselines, and remote wipes • Design and govern automated patch management with deployment rings, testing, maintenance windows, exception workflows, and rollback procedures • Establish endpoint, SaaS, and Google Workspace backup policies aligned with retention and RTO/RPO requirements • Execute and document live restore tests • Author business continuity and disaster recovery runbooks for high-impact disruptions and retail peaks • Govern client credentials, MFA, RBAC, API keys, tokens, secret rotations, and third-party authorizations across Amazon, Walmart, and Target platforms • Execute client onboarding and offboarding, including mailboxes, groups, credential vaults, browser profiles, marketplace invitations, and deprovisioning • Drive endpoint security hardening, encryption, endpoint protection, and incident response • Administer Google Workspace identities, Groups, Shared Drives, Chrome Enterprise policies, Google Cloud IAM, BigQuery projects, service accounts, and cost/quota controls • Govern enterprise AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini, including licensing, retention, privacy, permissions, and external connectors • Provide remote technical support through NinjaOne ticketing with service catalogs and SLAs • Write PowerShell and Bash/Shell automation scripts and tune monitoring and alert thresholds • Create outsider-ready runbooks and SOPs and establish coverage for personal leave

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT service delivery • At least 2 years directly owning endpoint management for a fleet of 50+ machines • Administrative ownership of an RMM or Unified Endpoint Management platform • Deep practical administration experience with Google Workspace, including Groups, Shared Drives, GCPW, and Chrome Enterprise browser management • Experience engineering patch management lifecycles, including staged rings, maintenance windows, and rollback remediation • Hands-on experience executing backup restore tests • Proficiency in PowerShell and Shell/Bash scripting for endpoint automation and configuration enforcement • Working knowledge of identity governance, RBAC, MFA, and privileged credential management • Proven track record supporting US business hours from the Philippines on a permanent overnight schedule • Resilient home office setup with high-speed primary internet, active backup internet, and secondary battery/UPS power infrastructure • Willingness to complete a 2-hour technical take-home assessment • Strong written and verbal English skills • Prior NinjaOne experience strongly preferred; transferable experience with Datto RMM, ConnectWise Automate, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Kandji, or Atera • Experience with cloud IAM, Google Cloud/BigQuery, or enterprise SaaS governance is an asset • MSP, fast-paced agency, or multi-tenant external client account experience is an advantage
