📋 Description

• Build the full outbound stack, including GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, AI agents, cold email infrastructure, Clay tables, HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns, Sendr.AI, and ringless voicemail sequences • Automate handoffs between tools to eliminate manual copy-paste • Monitor inboxes and LinkedIn, triage replies, and quickly route positive replies into booked meetings • Track deliverability, reply rates, and show rates for each campaign/client • Run A/B tests on lists, copy, and offers • Identify and resolve domain health issues, sender bans, and broken automations • Produce weekly reports covering numbers, learnings, and next steps • Keep SOPs current • Join client/vendor calls when needed and own follow-through

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B outbound, growth ops, or RevOps with campaigns you personally built and ran • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows/automations (not just CRM usage) • Cold email deliverability work, ideally Instantly • Clay or similar enrichment tools plus intent/buying signals • LinkedIn outreach at scale using HeyReach, Expandi, Dripify, or similar tools • Clear, fluent English • Comfortable leading live calls with US/UK founders • Takes ownership and is a systems thinker • Comfortable being measured on numbers • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
