📋 Description

• Define test strategy, execution approaches, and coverage models for web-based SaaS applications • Perform functional, regression, and pre-release testing • Use browser DevTools and virtual environments such as BrowserStack for root-cause analysis and diagnostic testing • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira and test management platforms such as TestRail • Collaborate with engineering leads, business analysts, and product managers on release decisions and quality standards • Scope and estimate QA efforts for sprint planning and feature deliverables • Improve QA processes and adapt to future test automation and AI-driven testing workflows • Mentor and support team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in software quality assurance / test analyst roles • In-depth understanding of the SDLC • Hands-on experience in Agile development environments • Strong web diagnostic capabilities using browser DevTools (Console, Network, Elements) • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root-cause identification • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a remote, multi-disciplinary team environment • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Solid technical grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols • Practical familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular v17 • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience with TestRail and BrowserStack • Working knowledge of SQL or Azure SQL databases • Awareness of CI/CD concepts such as Azure DevOps • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred • Prior experience in SaaS, payroll, or complex financial workflow platforms preferred
