📋 Description

• Build and ship features across the mobile app, web app, and backend API • Work with React Native, Next.js, Node, and Postgres across the product stack • Take features from specification through release without close supervision • Remain responsible for features after launch • Fix bugs and customer-reported issues • Build internal tooling for sales and support teams • Speak directly with operators and frontline users to inform product development • Collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering, product engineers, designer/co-founder, and co-founders • Participate in code reviews and review other engineers’ work

🎯 Requirements

• Around two to five years of professional experience building and shipping web or mobile products • Product sense and care for UX, clarity, and software details • Comfortable across the stack, or comfortable on one side and genuinely curious about the other • Willingness to ask questions early and communicate when stuck • Ability to work with AI coding agents and stay accountable for output • Ability to distinguish good code output from plausible code output and explain why code works • Experience with, or willingness to learn, TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Node.js, Postgres, and Prisma • Experience building and shipping products • Ability to work independently once ramped • Bonus: experience building AI product features involving LLMs, agents, workflows, or evaluation • Bonus: mobile experience, particularly React Native or Expo • Bonus: experience at a small company where features went from idea to customer
