📋 Description

• Own product features end-to-end from concept through implementation, release, and iteration across frontend and backend • Deliver quickly, validate with customers, and iterate • Talk directly to users and customers to understand workflow pain • Turn customer feedback into product improvements • Partner with the designer and co-founder to create premium, intuitive experiences • Improve engineering patterns, code quality, developer experience, testing, and observability • Prioritize ruthlessly, own outcomes, and help shape product engineering standards • Build high-value product bets and stay close to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense and attention to UX, clarity, and detail • Strong backend experience building and scaling production systems • Pragmatic, impact-driven approach • Ability to write clean, understandable, and maintainable code • Experience communicating context early and often • Enjoyment of talking to customers and understanding real-world constraints • Experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres, and Prisma is a plus • Experience building AI product features, including LLMs, agents, workflows, or evaluation is a bonus • Mobile product experience with Flutter, React Native, or similar is a bonus • ML experience is a bonus
