📋 Description
• Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients. • Review financial statements, journal entries, and ensure compliance with GAAP. • Assist with client onboarding and relationship management. • Oversee work performed by Associates and provide coaching and feedback. • Perform technical research and draft clear, concise memos. • Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for clients. • Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management. • Certification: CPA license or eligibility preferred. • Experience: • - Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function. • - Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting. • - Familiarity with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus. • Skills: • - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • - Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. • - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
🏖️ Benefits
• The candidate may be required to work one weekend per month. In such cases, two weekdays off will be provided to ensure a balanced schedule.
