📋 Description

• Design/run role‑specific onboarding with clear competencies and certification to cut time‑to‑first‑meeting/proposal via hands‑on labs • Build GTM playbooks (principal/district/ELOP‑ASES; parent‑paid vs school‑paid), create core assets, and maintain a single‑source content hub with version control and easy Salesforce/Drive findability • Lead bi‑weekly huddles, call coaching and deal reviews; run quarterly readiness and launch kits for new programs/markets • Support adoption of Salesforce + marketing tools and AI‑in‑flow with micro‑guides, prompt libraries, office hours; standardize discovery notes, proposals, and handoffs with 6‑week lead‑time best practices • Maintain concise competitor/ELOP‑ASES briefs and use win/loss & CSM survey insights • Track impact

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years in Sales Enablement, RevOps/Sales Ops, or high‑impact training/coaching (K‑12/edtech/OST services a plus) • Proven ability to build onboarding programs, playbooks, and content that move the needle • Strong facilitator and coach, comfortable running live practice and giving direct, constructive feedback • Excellent writer/editor; can turn staffing ratios, schedules, and ELOP/ASES constraints into buyer‑friendly assets • Disciplined project manager; comfortable juggling training cycles and enhancements • Mission‑driven, collaborative, energetic • Bonus points: Familiar with California ELOP/ASES guidelines and school scheduling logistics; exposure to parent‑paid pricing/packaging alongside district‑funded models
