• You will be responsible for handling inbound client requests for redemptions and advising them so that asset movements are more strategic, thereby helping to retain the client and their funds.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields • Preferred: Professional certification ANBIMA CPA 10/20, FBB100 and PLDFT+LGPD • Experience in the financial markets in consulting, brokerage, analysis roles, high-complexity contact centers, sales operations, or insurance retention and complementary pension • Responsible for carrying out retention activities for pension plans to prevent the outflow of reserves from the Company to competitors • Logical reasoning, emotional intelligence, excellent communication, organized work habits, ability to perform under pressure, disciplined execution of daily follow-ups, and ability to share knowledge with others • Provide high-level consultancy focused on client retention/loyalty; conduct negotiations aligned with the client’s needs and BrasilPrev’s purpose • Operate daily with a sense of priority, empathy, emotional and analytical intelligence, autonomy and resilience, focusing on delivering current objectives • Share retention strategies that are producing results with the entire team • Segment and respond to all client inquiries through our service channels such as phone and e-mail • Record details of client interactions and the status of negotiations in Salesforce.
