• Provide support to the Executive Manager and the Executive Superintendent of the Expansion area on the area's projects, both during the evaluation and execution phases. • Structure frameworks and scenarios that perform sensitivity analysis on critical assumptions to support decision‑making; • Develop and quantify value levers within business processes to unlock growth; • Prepare business cases with economic and financial assessments and recommendations; • Articulate the equity story, conduct analyses, and support the M&A transaction process; • Mobilize leaders across different directorates to manage transformation; • Develop storylines, translate them into executive presentations, and deliver effective presentations.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling for business case development and M&A transactions (e.g., income statement and free cash flow models). • Advanced PowerPoint skills • Ability to translate plans into implementation actions • Clear and effective verbal and written communication (concise presentations tailored to the audience) • Detail‑oriented, yet with a critical view of the big picture and strong business sense • Ability to negotiate and engage with various directorates • Time management discipline to work on multiple concurrent projects
