📋 Description

• Support and lead monthly management closing routines. • Participate in the preparation and consolidation of forecasts and the annual budget. • Prepare and analyze the Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and indirect Cash Flow statement. • Identify variances between Actuals, Forecast, and Budget, providing analyses and recommendations. • Support the preparation of results presentations. • Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, controls, and financial models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. • Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Controllership. • Strong knowledge of Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and indirect Cash Flow statements. • Experience with month-end close processes, forecasting, and budgeting. • Advanced Excel skills. • Advantage: Experience in Retail. • Advantage: Knowledge of Power BI. • Advantage: Familiarity with AI tools applied to productivity and financial analysis (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
