📋 Description

• Demonstrate solutions to potential customers • Identify customer issues and opportunities for product improvements • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer-specific requirements • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via the ticketing system and email • Improve team efficiency through AI methods, FAQs, online community engagement, and documentation • Support customer problem solving, solution improvements, and growth opportunities • Modify the computer-vision AI pipeline to address customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a consultant or software developer • 1 year of experience in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or another technical role with customer contact • Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments • Strong communication skills • Fluent in English • Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems is a plus • Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments is a plus • Good understanding of hardware is a plus • Very low frequency of travel expected: less than once per month
