📋 Description

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with prospect technical teams, Enterprise Architects, and CTOs • Map customer commerce architectures, pain points, and requirements • Design tailored, composable solution blueprints integrating Emporix software with customer technology ecosystems • Identify gaps between prospect requirements and standard product capabilities • Work with Product Management on workarounds, extensions, and roadmap alignment • Prototype light integrations and custom proof-of-concept ideas • Build, customize, and deliver product presentations and live demonstrations for senior enterprise stakeholders • Create tailored demo environments using AI capabilities • Translate complex architecture and AI execution into business value • Develop demo experiences using front-end components, APIs, and AI prompt workflows • Lead technical execution of RFI and RFP processes for enterprise accounts • Author technical solution concepts and proposal documentation • Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on deal strategy and execution • Represent the technical voice of the customer to Product and Engineering • Assess technical feasibility and influence software development roadmaps • Drive technical sales engagements across the DACH region and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker • Excellent business-fluent English, written and spoken • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting within B2B enterprise SaaS environments • Deep commerce domain knowledge and an AI-native mindset • Understanding of machine learning, LLMs, and intelligent automation • Comfort with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technology • Basic scripting and frontend framework skills, such as React • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Strong hands-on background in Digital Commerce / E-Commerce is a bonus • Experience with BPMN, workflow engines, or process automation tools is a bonus • Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks or prompt engineering in sales engineering workflows is a bonus • Prior experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment is a bonus • Willingness to travel for customer and partner meetings, industry events, and internal team syncs • Ability to work autonomously and think pragmatically in dynamic customer engagements
