📋 Description

• Work with AI Solutions Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions • Extract, clean, and transform data for ingestion into the RAG pipeline • Build specialized features that the core platform does not yet cover • Iterate quickly on customer feedback and harden solutions into stable services • Build data and extraction pipelines from unstructured sources to AI-ready services • Develop tools and integrations with customer APIs, ticketing systems, and internal systems • Design knowledge-base structures to improve retrieval and embedding quality • Establish reproducibility and service standards

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered production-ready Python services • Experience with Docker • Hands-on experience with RAG and LLM agents or agentic workflows, either professionally or in substantial side projects • Experience with text manipulation and data wrangling • Experience with agentic coding • Evidence of built projects, e.g. public repositories, a take-home assignment, or a walkthrough of a private project • End-to-end thinking from requirement to stable service • Ability to write production-quality Python • Make technical decisions with regard to LLM behavior, embeddings, ingestion, chunking, and retrieval • Comfortable working with fuzzy and underdetermined problems • Data engineering background is a plus • CI/CD and cloud experience, particularly AWS or Azure, is a plus • English as the working language • German at B2 level is helpful for German-speaking customer data but is not a strict requirement
