📋 Description

• Support the onboarding of new medical facilities and clinics to the technical platform and provide assistance with technical questions • Provide technical support during the onboarding of new specialist applications to the platform, particularly with configuration, testing and commissioning • Contribute to the development and automation of integration and deployment processes, for example using configuration and scripting tools or CI/CD pipelines • Work closely with partners, hospitals and vendors of digital specialist applications to clarify technical requirements and ensure compatibility with platform standards • Assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization and ensure the stable operation of integrated applications • Document completed integrations and support the further development of technical onboarding processes • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture with a focus on scalability, security and reusability

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, completed with excellent results • Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in Pre-/Post-Sales • Experience in cloud, SaaS or platform development is an advantage • Practical experience with networking, API and security topics, e.g., IAM, Active Directory, DMZ, VPN, OAuth2 and TLS • And/or solid knowledge of common DevOps tools such as CI/CD, Git, Terraform and Ansible • Independent, pragmatic and structured working style • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken • Willingness to perform hands-on, solution-oriented operational work
