• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networks • Screen candidates and coordinate structured interview processes • Partner with hiring managers to ensure consistent hiring standards • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation • Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate communications • Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee documentation • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files • Prepare employment verification letters and other employee documentation • Track policy acknowledgements and training completion • Assist with updates to HR policies and internal documentation • Assist with immigration and work permit processes when required • Support coordination of Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) activities and documentation • Participate in internal culture initiatives and the Social Committee • Support HR communications and internal people programs • Help ensure HR processes remain organized, consistent, and well documented
• 5+ years experience in recruiting and HR coordination • Experience running full-cycle recruiting independently • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of Canadian employment practices • Experience supporting multiple departments in a growing company • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism • Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve workflows • Located in Canada and legally authorized to work here****
