• 3+ years of full-time experience in customer success, client services, sales or account management • Proven track record owning revenue targets • Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence and executive presence • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Tech savvy - working experience with platforms like Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, ticketing system like Front is a plus
