• 3+ years in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales • Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or branded merchandise programs • Proven track record owning revenue targets • Strong relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence • Strong communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Salesforce, Front, Slack, and Google Workspace • Business-minded with the ability to uncover and convert upsell opportunities • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
