• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer goals, gather requirements and align BriteCore’s capabilities with their needs • Design and deliver customized demos and proposals that tell a clear story of value • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support revenue growth through technical insight and solution design • Share customer feedback and observations with Product and Engineering to guide future development • Train and enable the Sales and Marketing teams on our Platform’s functionality and technical differentiators • Complete RFI / RFP responses and proof of concept projects • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot demo and trial environments to ensure a smooth experience • Analyze customer documentation to identify opportunities and potential gaps • Represent BriteCore as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert during customer meetings and industry events • Up to 20% of domestic overnight travel is required for this role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field • 5+ years of experience as a Presales Engineer working at a B2B SaaS company • 3+ years of experience in the P&C insurance industry, supporting a SaaS platform • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a structured approach to challenges • Proven experience translating technical information into language that’s easy for non technical audiences to understand • Excellent presentation, collaboration and problem solving skills • Comfort with system configuration and technical troubleshooting • Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and sound judgment • Strong situational awareness and the ability to adapt your approach based on your audience
