📋 Description

• Design, build and implement Cloudflare environments for French-speaking enterprise and public-sector clients • Configure and deploy DNS, CDN and caching, WAF, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, load balancing, Bot Management, Zero Trust and Access, tunnels and SASE components • Deliver migrations from Akamai and other CDN/WAF providers • Translate rules, plan traffic cutovers, execute staged deployments and design rollback procedures • Plan and execute production DNS cutovers with validated rollback at every stage • Build and deliver pilots and proofs of concept through full production rollouts • Test, validate and tune deployed environments, including cache-hit ratio, latency and WAF false positives • Lead technical workshops, configuration reviews, cutover rehearsals and go-live calls in French • Explain technical decisions, risks and implementation considerations to engineers and management stakeholders • Produce client-facing technical documentation in French and English • Identify and escalate technical, delivery, architecture, design and scope risks appropriately • Provide progress updates, flag delays or blockers, and maintain project timesheets • Deliver structured handovers into managed services with complete documentation, runbooks and known risks • Collaborate with implementation, managed services, pre-sales and architecture teams across international locations • Use Zoho Projects and BrixioOne for project tasks, documentation and reporting • Contribute to the internal knowledge base, implementation patterns and playbooks • Support managed services teams with complex implementation escalations and share technical knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and certificates • Experience with proxies and reverse proxies • Knowledge of caching and CDN mechanics • Understanding of web application architecture and origin infrastructure • Cloud fundamentals across AWS, Azure or GCP • Web application security knowledge, including WAF concepts, OWASP Top 10, bot mitigation, DDoS attack patterns and rate limiting • Familiarity with curl, dig, traceroute, browser developer tools and packet capture tools • Scripting and automation capability using Python, Bash or Terraform • Experience working with REST APIs • Full professional fluency in both French and English; both languages will be assessed during the interview • Senior Engineer: 5+ years of experience implementing network, security or cloud infrastructure for external clients • Senior Engineer: hands-on Cloudflare implementation experience • Mid-Level Engineer: 3+ years of relevant experience in network, security or cloud environments, or strong technical support/NOC experience with genuine implementation exposure • Mid-Level Engineer: strong technical fundamentals; Cloudflare experience advantageous but not mandatory with comparable CDN, WAF or Zero Trust experience • Experience in a professional services, consultancy, MSP or systems integrator environment with committed project timelines • Confidence working directly with external clients • Experience with production cutovers or migrations under formal change control is a significant advantage • Experience with Cloudflare Workers is a strong advantage
