• Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas, electrónica o carreras afines. • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia entregando soluciones sobre plataformas CCaaS. • Experiencia demostrable con NICE inContact o CXone y manejo práctico de la herramienta Studio Scripting Tool. • Dominio sólido de herramientas tecnológicas de Contact Center: ACD, IVR, QM y WFM. • Inglés Avanzado (C1) indispensable.
