📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives • Drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and sales execution • Improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics • Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp top-performing sales talent • Conduct call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing coaching • Help define compensation plans, territory strategy, and sales playbooks • Work directly with executive leadership on GTM strategy and scaling initiatives • Maintain high accountability and performance standards across the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in sales leadership • Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions • Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills • Data-driven decision maker with strong operational discipline • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments • Experience selling into SMB or home service industries is a plus • Experience with AI, automation, or vertical SaaS is a plus
