📋 Description

• Ideal candidates have a strong service-oriented mindset with prior sales experience • Excellent communication skills and proven knowledge of mortgage lending compliance • Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities within a defined sales territory • Train mortgage brokers on loan packaging and submission

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the residential lending industry • 2+ years of experience in a sales role in a Wholesale lending channel • Knowledge of Agency, Non-Agency, Jumbo and Investor loan products • Demonstrated history of achieving monthly sales targets
