📋 Description

• Source, screen, and facilitate hiring candidates that match client job requirements: Job description, pay, and culture fit • Secure clear commitments from candidates about job offers • Work on multiple jobs simultaneously • Meet monthly hiring targets • Follow recruitment standards on data privacy and protection • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR • You communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written) • You are self-motivated and work well independently • You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred but not required) • You can hit hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality • You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits) • You can complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process
