📋 Description

• Sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier software engineers, developers, and IT specialists • Conducting pair programming challenges to evaluate candidates’ real-world coding skills • Performing technical assessments to ensure candidates write clean, efficient code • Leading pre-screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment • Collaborating with hiring managers and tech leads to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines • Managing candidate communication, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process • Reporting directly to hiring managers, providing updates on recruitment progress

🎯 Requirements

• You have coding experience and can confidently conduct pair programming challenges • You have proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of software development, IT, and engineering roles • You have excellent communication skills, particularly in English, both written and verbal • You can efficiently assess technical skills, ensuring candidates meet high engineering standards • You can hit hiring targets without compromising quality • You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits)
