📋 Description

• Partner directly with clients to understand business goals, role requirements, and hiring priorities • Advise clients on market conditions, role scoping, and candidate expectations • Define success profiles and hiring strategies for senior and specialized roles • Source, screen, and interview high-caliber candidates across executive, leadership, and specialist positions • Conduct in-depth evaluations focused on experience, leadership, communication, and cultural alignment • Present well-vetted, endorsed candidates with clear insights and recommendations • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and offers • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and clients • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in executive recruitment, senior-level recruiting, or specialist hiring • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously • Professional, consultative approach to client and candidate interactions
