📋 Description

• Work proactively with customers to ensure successful product use and business value with BEAMON AI • Use analytics and feedback to maintain stakeholder engagement and customer satisfaction • Nurture accounts for renewals and expansion • Drive retention and satisfaction through increased product adoption and usage • Monitor product usage patterns to identify stuck or churn-risk users • Solve customers’ technical issues hands-on • Build customer relationships and identify growth and expansion opportunities • Advocate for customers and capture feedback for collaboration with the Product team • Develop and share best practices to improve process quality, effectiveness, and efficiency • Travel to meet customers or attend and speak at international events and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker / near-native proficiency in German • Highly fluent English speaker • B.Sc., M.Sc., or MBA degree in business, law, computer science, or a related field • Experience or touchpoints in the legal or legal tech industry • Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues and resolutions to engineering and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-trust environment • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Ability to leverage AI in daily work • Travel may be required • Customer support, success, or enablement experience in legal tech (nice-to-have) • Experience rolling out AI software and stewarding AI adoption (nice-to-have) • Proficiency with Userpilot, Pendo, or similar adoption and product analytics tools (nice-to-have) • Webinar or training-session experience (nice-to-have) • Startup and remote-work experience (nice-to-have)
