📋 Description

• Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities. • Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in bsport’s solutions. • Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify leads based on their needs. • Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest. • Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. • Native or near-native level of English (spoken and written), as you'll be engaging directly with U.S. clients. • Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. • Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market. • Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration. • Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. • Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate! • Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.). • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality. • Previous experience at companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox is a strong plus. • Candidates with similar industry background or who deeply understand the challenges and needs of fitness studios are especially encouraged to apply.
