📋 Description

• Conduct demo calls, actively listen, understand customer needs in the e-commerce and SaaS space, and derive appropriate solutions • Handle support tickets independently and provide fast, customer-oriented resolutions • Collaborate closely with the onboarding and automation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and further develop solutions • Independently create content such as blog posts, templates, or help pages • Actively support the implementation of the AI and content strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial accounting or a solid understanding of tax-related processes • Experience in direct customer contact, ideally within a SaaS environment • Strong sense for customer needs • Ability to define, track, and achieve realistic goals and KPIs • Confident communication in German and English, both written and spoken • Proficient with Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems
