📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with support requests • Analyze customer issues and propose appropriate solutions • Log support cases and resolution steps clearly and systematically in the ticketing system • Contribute to the expansion of the knowledge base • Configure software solutions for customers remotely • Deliver training on software usage • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using IT applications on a daily basis • Enthusiasm for technical solutions • Solid knowledge of Windows • Confident use of common Microsoft Office applications • Strong customer and service orientation • Excellent communication skills • Ability to explain complex issues clearly • No professional experience required
