• Provide general administrative and clerical support • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication • Organize documents, files, and office records • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management • Prepare simple reports, letters, and spreadsheets • Help with data entry and updating internal systems • Support different departments with various administrative needs • Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and small office tasks • Assist with onboarding tasks for new employees when needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational habits and attention to detail • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Google Sheets, documents) • Ability to multitask and follow instructions • Professional attitude and willingness to learn • Must be a legal resident of the EU • Nice to Have (Not Required): Previous experience in administration, office work, or customer service • Familiarity with office tools and scheduling software • Interest in office coordination or team support roles
