• Build and maintain a pipeline of top financial modeling talent in India. • Recruit candidates from firms such as Acuity, TresVista, Evalueserve, Aranca, Copal Amba, SG Analytics, CRISIL, EXL, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, BlackRock, and similar organizations and BPO/Outsourcing firms. • Screen candidates for technical fit and skills before presenting them. • Understand the differences between investment banking, equity research, valuation, credit, project finance, real estate, structured finance, private equity, hedge funds, and FP&A. • Conduct recruiter interviews and assess communication, experience, and compensation expectations. • Negotiate compensation with candidates. • Build long-term relationships with high-quality finance professionals. • Maintain accurate candidate notes and pipeline status in Ashby.
• 5+ years recruiting finance professionals in India. • Previous experience recruiting for investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, valuation, equity research, structured finance, or project finance. • Strong understanding of financial modeling roles. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Experience negotiating compensation with Indian finance professionals. • Comfortable working independently.
