⢠Coordination and organization of the newsroom for the Bundesdruckerei Group and ensuring a smooth editorial workflow in day-to-day operations ⢠Acting as the central contact person for publications and new topics in the newsroom ⢠Planning, directing and prioritizing topics based on strategic objectives, and developing and defining KPIs to measure success ⢠Leading and moderating meetings and managing external service providers ⢠Strategic development and expansion of the Bundesdruckerei Groupâs newsroom concept ⢠Participation in the planning, organization and coordination of projects through to their management and implementation, including budget planning and monitoring ⢠Close collaboration with all corporate communications departments as well as specialist departments, business units and partners
⢠University degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication/Media Studies, Political Science, Business Administration, Economics or a related field ⢠Many years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably with a focus on technology or digitalization topics ⢠Extensive knowledge of the media and communications landscape and ideally experience working in a newsroom ⢠Cross-functional understanding of business processes and requirements and a clear strategic focus when delivering projects ⢠Independent, self-organized and reliable working style, with a systematic-methodical approach and results- and goal-oriented mindset ⢠Operational decision-making, assertiveness and implementation skills, along with a confident manner and experience working across different hierarchy levels ⢠Initiative, motivation, customer- and service-orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills (German language skills at least C1 level), and the ability to cooperate and work effectively in a team
