📋 Description

• Structured capture of customer requirements from business stakeholders for IT infrastructure (including design and execution of surveys/assessments, interviews, workshops, and analyses) • Participation in the development of functional and technical solution designs (functional/architecture/security) • Preparation of and editorial responsibility for functional specifications and statements of work, as well as participation in procurement procedures • Ensuring targeted communication and close collaboration with business units, end customers, and all involved stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, a related field, or completed technical vocational training; or several years of professional experience in the specified area • Relevant experience in requirements management for IT infrastructure, including proficiency with requirements management tools such as Jira, DOORS, etc. • Knowledge of requirements management standards and methods (e.g., IREB, Agile) and ideally familiarity with public sector standards • Experience with conditions, structures, and processes in governmental or public sector environments is an advantage • Audience-appropriate communication and presentation skills • Independent and goal-oriented working style, analytical thinking, willingness to take responsibility, and a team-oriented, approachable manner
