📋 Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process: from screening through interviews to hiring. • Develop and implement new strategies to attract volunteer talent. • Build and maintain a strong talent network. • Support and advise our volunteers on HR-related matters. • Optimize and digitize internal HR processes. • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding. • Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and frameworks. • Work closely with the Chief People Officer and the executive board to implement recruiting and growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification. • Experience in recruiting/talent acquisition. • Practical experience building and scaling recruiting processes (end-to-end), preferably in dynamic or decentralized environments. • Knowledge of and/or experience as an HR Business Partner or in the personnel services industry (e.g., staffing, HR consulting, temporary employment, RPO). • Confident in conducting interviews and selection methods. • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication—especially when working with volunteers. • Strategic thinking combined with a pronounced hands-on mentality. • Willingness to work remotely and flexibly in a volunteer capacity.
