B&O Bau is the construction and service arm of the B&O Gruppe focused on sustainable housing. It specializes in energetic renovation and full modernization of residential buildings, as well as new construction of multi-storey housing in timber and timber-hybrid systems, using serially produced wood wall elements and bathroom modules to shorten build times. 📋 Description

• Develop design proposals in line with the client's requirements from schematic design through construction documentation (LP2–5), based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit • Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards • Independently coordinate specialist planners and communicate with authorities and clients • Integrate and coordinate discipline-specific models • Work closely and coordinate with other disciplines while adhering to the agreed BIM workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering • Several years of professional experience in planning (HOAI phases 1–5) • Confident use of BIM-oriented CAD software, particularly Autodesk Revit • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
