B&O Bau is the construction and service arm of the B&O Gruppe focused on sustainable housing. It specializes in energetic renovation and full modernization of residential buildings, as well as new construction of multi-storey housing in timber and timber-hybrid systems, using serially produced wood wall elements and bathroom modules to shorten build times. 📋 Description

• Design development according to the client’s requirements from the preliminary design phase to construction documentation (LP2–5) based on the BIM model you create and attribute in Revit • Ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards • Independently coordinate specialist planners and communicate with authorities and clients • Integrate and coordinate discipline models • Work closely and in coordination with other disciplines while following the agreed BIM workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering • Several years of professional experience in design/planning (LP1–5 HOAI) • Confident use of BIM-specific CAD software, especially Autodesk Revit • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented working style • Good communication skills and a team player attitude
