📋 Description

• End-to-end management of the recruiting process • In partnership with the recruiting team, develops job descriptions, sources candidates, and drives the recruiting process • Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews • Recruit passive candidates and develop sourcing strategies • Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates • Provide updated candidate reports to keep the Recruiter and Hiring Managers informed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in recruiting in the Biopharma industry across multiple functions • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Previous experience supporting Quality and Manufacturing and business-related functions is a plus • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle is a plus • Extensive experience leading recruitment activities • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday experience is a plus • Experience working in a global environment
