📋 Description

• Design and ship tooling, automation, and AI agent workflows powering acquisition, content, and experimentation across Tiugo’s brands • Build and maintain tooling that tracks Tiugo’s visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-powered search • Feed answer-engine visibility signals into content and campaign decisions • Design and ship AI agents and automations for research, drafting, QA, and reporting • Build experimentation infrastructure to launch, track, and analyze tests quickly • Turn Product and Sales information into insights and learnings for sales conversations • Decide what Growth Marketing engineering systems to build, in what order, and how • Choose tools, architecture, and standards for the greenfield growth engineering stack • Co-own funnel operations from instrumentation through agentic execution • Report into Growth Marketing and work directly with the Head of Growth Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience building marketing or growth engineering systems • Experience with automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tooling • Ideally experience in a B2B software or developer tools company • Genuine fluency in AI tooling and agentic workflows • Ability to discuss specific agents or automations built, failures encountered, and improvements • Comfortable owning ambiguous, undefined scope and helping write specifications • Systems thinking about data flows, manual steps, and accuracy • Focus on improving funnel speed and cleanliness rather than code volume
