📋 Description

• Analyze and deliberate on proposals that require specialist approval levels, participating in decision-making committees. • Operate with an executive profile, demonstrating strong communication, influence and strategic negotiation with sponsors and partner areas. • Ensure governance and operational efficiency, preparing alignments, internal communications, studies and management presentations. • Manage analysis queues in a structured manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of major credit tools (Serasa, Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank), Boa Vista and other market bureaus). • Ability to analyze corporate (legal entity) balance sheets. • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist and train analysts at different levels. • Proven experience in credit analysis of high-value exposures.
