📋 Description

• Support a potential assignment focused on sustainable bond issuances, financial partnerships, and development finance in emerging markets • Work on bond structuring, underwriting, issuance mechanics, and regulatory frameworks • Develop and manage commercial partnerships between banks, development agencies, and governments • Engage senior stakeholders across the financial and public sectors • Build partnerships with DFIs, commercial investors, guarantee providers, insurers and public/private financial institutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in debt capital markets (DCM) • Direct experience with green, social, sustainability and sustainability-linked bond issuances • Experience covering bond structuring, underwriting, issuance mechanics, and regulatory frameworks • 10+ years of experience in partnership structuring and relationship management • Experience developing and managing commercial partnerships between banks, development agencies, and governments • Experience engaging senior stakeholders across the financial and public sectors • 10+ years of experience in emerging market development finance • Experience building partnerships with DFIs, commercial investors, guarantee providers, insurers and public/private financial institutions • Experience with institutions such as IFC, MIGA, bilateral DFIs, and commercial banks • C1-level English and German (fluent, near-native) • A university degree in finance, business administration, mathematics, or a related field • Three professional references who can verify the above experience • Willingness and ability to travel (Europe and emerging market countries)
