📋 Description

• Support quick adjustments to the business plan or financial model • Analyze Forto KPI trends, especially commercial metrics such as volume generation across products and trade lanes, total revenues/gross profit, and unit economics • Support preparation of various pitch decks • Develop ad hoc analyses on topics such as response analysis from potential investors • Support maintenance of the IRL and VDR • Support day-to-day project management during the fundraise • Organize internal finance operations, turn strategy into working processes, and execute solutions hands-on

🎯 Requirements

• Few years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A or a similar position, with emphasis on forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling • Ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Deep financial modeling skills • Ideally, experience in fundraising, M&A, or any deal • Teamwork and intensive hands-on mentality • Strong affinity for numbers, accuracy, and reliability • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Slides • Valid EU visa or EU citizenship
