📋 Description

• Deliver subject-specific instruction using adaptive, AI-supported teaching methods from a home office through WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Provide targeted support and resources for learners’ specific challenges • Adapt coaching methods to individual needs and learning progress • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives • Support course participants in developing their skills • Design and deliver instruction both as a subject-matter expert and as a learning facilitator

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant vocational training and professional experience as a financial accountant or tax clerk • Practical experience as a trainer or instructor in financial accounting with DATEV, accounting fundamentals, recording business transactions, and preparing annual financial statements • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (AEVO certification desirable) • Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
