📋 Description

• Functional SAP consulting for device logistics and IM4G • Developing target business processes, requirements, and system solutions for devices, device movements, warehouse processes, and inventory management • Conducting structured requirements workshops and translating requirements into functional concepts and backlog items • Designing end-to-end processes for device and material inventory management • Designing and providing functional support for installation, removal, replacement, deinstallation, reinstallation, and relocation processes • Functional coordination with metering point operations and market communication • Designing integration with SAP MM and warehouse processes • Performing or functionally coordinating configuration activities • Preparing functional specifications for enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and customer-specific validations • Preparing and conducting unit, integration, end-to-end, and acceptance tests, including defect tracking • Preparing, facilitating, and following up on Fit-to-Standard workshops in accordance with SAP Activate • Providing functional support during the build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases • Preparing project documentation and conducting knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities, particularly in device logistics, device management, and IM4G • In-depth knowledge of metering point operator processes, as well as the technical and commercial interdependencies of smart metering • Hands-on experience with device movements, device replacements, installation and removal processes, device histories, and serial number and inventory management • In-depth understanding of the integration of SAP Utilities with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and warehouse processes, particularly material master data, storage locations, goods movements, and inventory management • Experience designing and executing end-to-end processes for electricity and gas networks and/or metering point operations • Experience preparing functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, and customer-specific validations • Proven experience with Fit-to-Standard workshops and the SAP Activate methodology • Strong ability to facilitate workshops and mediate between business departments, architecture, development, and testing teams • Experience in the build, integration, acceptance, cutover, and hypercare phases of SAP Utilities transformation projects • Business-fluent or working proficiency in German required
