📋 Description

• Answer and manage all inbound calls promptly and professionally. • Handle general inquiries, take accurate messages, and forward calls to the appropriate team members. • Respond to client and tenant questions related to property listings, inspections, or appointments. • Manage appointment bookings, property viewings, and calendar scheduling. • Update client information, inquiries, and call logs in the CRM system. • Coordinate with agents, property managers, and other staff as needed. • Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Perform light administrative support such as email correspondence and data entry when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Virtual Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in real estate). • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiar with CRM tools. • Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and confident phone manner. • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multitask. • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a real estate company (residential or commercial). • Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs (e.g., Rex, PropertyMe, or similar). • Background in handling client inquiries, bookings, or property-related documentation.
