📋 Description

• Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, pricing sheets, and scope-of-work documents. • Respond to customer inquiries, gather technical requirements, and document solution needs. • Conduct technical discovery sessions to determine telephony, VoIP, internet, and networking requirements. • Design and propose solutions, including phone system configurations, network architecture, and internet service recommendations. • Prepare detailed network diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and scope-of-work documents. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or junior technical roles within IT, MSPs, or telecommunications. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including access points (APs), routers, and firewalls. • Hands-on knowledge of PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and IP phones, preferably with Yealink or similar devices. • Experience building accurate scopes, BOMs, and solution documentation. • Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills.
