📋 Description

• Monitoring delivery orders (market/grocery orders), accessing multiple systems and updating order statuses • Contacting customers to resolve potential delivery issues • Communicating with carriers to direct couriers and monitor their daily performance • Ongoing interactions with customers, the iFood team, and carriers • Use and monitoring of internal systems • Route planning

🎯 Requirements

• Dynamic professional with strong communication skills • Attention to detail and agility in using and monitoring internal systems • Knowledge of route planning • Knowledge of customer service, fleet planning, logistics, and route planning • 1 year of experience using Excel or Google Sheets • Degree, or currently studying, in Business Administration or Logistics
